Description
- Organize, manage and monitor the workflow related machines and packaging materials sales;
- Receive and handle together with the team all customer requests and orders for machines, and consumables
- Issue fact sheets for inventory level and achieved company sales using software products SAP and QlikView;
- Maintain a database on the local server related to quotations, requests, orders, calculations,installed machines, sales and service contracts
- Prepare and monitor together with outsourced logistic partner the complete logistics workflow related to goods supply from suppliers to end customers, incl. the lead and delivery time in supply chain management;
Requirements
- Higher educaion, degree in Economics or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field of sales back office;
- Excellent command, written and spoken, of English language - minimum level B2
- Computer literacy - work with software products related to the position - MS Office, Secon, C4C Qlik View, FSM.
