On behalf of our client - an established international company operating in the renewable energy and engineering sector - we are currently looking for an experienced professional to join the team as:Site Manager – Renewable Energy Projects

Description

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning works • Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and HSE requirements • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams • Monitor project progress, milestones, and prepare regular site reports • Conduct site inspections to ensure execution according to technical specifications and engineering documentation • Identify and resolve construction issues, delays, and technical challenges • Lead daily safety briefings and ensure implementation of health & safety procedures • Manage logistics related to equipment delivery, storage, and installation • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams during project execution • Maintain and oversee all site-related documentation, including inspection reports, risk assessments, and method statements • Act as the main point of contact on-site for contractors, consultants, and local authorities

Requirements

• Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field • Minimum 5 years of experience in site management within construction or renewable energy projects • Previous experience with large-scale Solar PV projects will be considered a strong advantage • Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, HSE standards, and QA/QC procedures • Good command of MS Office and project scheduling/reporting tools such as MS Project or Primavera • Knowledge of local construction and permitting regulations related to renewable energy projects • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills • Fluent English
