Manpower Bulgaria is partnering with a stable and fast-growing company to recruit an experienced professional for the position of:Sales Engineer – Electrical SolutionsOur client delivers comprehensive electrical engineering solutions - from design and construction to electrical installation, automation, commissioning, and maintenance.As part of the company’s continued growth, we are looking for a commercially driven and technically oriented professional to join their team in Sofia.

Description

• Build, develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers;• Identify new business opportunities and actively expand the customer portfolio;• Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored technical and commercial solutions;• Prepare and present technical and commercial offers;• Lead negotiations and agree on optimal commercial terms, pricing, discounts, and delivery schedules;• Manage customer communication throughout the sales cycle and order execution process;• Conduct client visits for technical consultations, needs assessment, and relationship development;• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities;• Follow up on contracts, deliveries, and payment processes;• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and pricing policies;• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI objectives;• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses;• Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, and industry events;• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field;• Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the energy, electrical, or industrial sector;• Strong technical understanding of electrical equipment and solutions;• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;• Commercial mindset with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction;• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment;• Good organizational skills and attention to detail;• Proficiency in MS Office and digital business tools;• Experience with CRM systems will be considered an advantage;• Fluent English is required; German language skills will be considered a strong advantage.
