Job Overview:As a Quality Control Manager, you will organize and supervise all quality control activities related to incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with internal quality procedures, customer requirements, and applicable European legislation while supporting the efficiency and continuous improvement of the production process.Key Responsibilities:• Organize, coordinate, and supervise laboratory activities related to incoming inspection of raw materials and packaging, in-process control, and final inspection of finished products.• Ensure product compliance with technical specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.• Manage the incoming inspection process for raw materials, packaging, including supplier documentation verification.• Coordinate hygiene processes, including cleaning and inspection activities across production lines, warehouses, and installations.• Manage non-conforming products in accordance with internal procedures.• Monitor and analyze quality KPIs.• Prepare and issue quality documentation in compliance with European and local legislation.• Ensure compliance with implemented Quality and HSE standards.• Lead, allocate, and supervise the daily work of the laboratory team.• Investigate and resolve customer complaints.• Participate as an internal auditor in cross-functional internal audits and support external certification and regulatory audits.• Develop and maintain laboratory procedures and work instructions in line with quality and HSE requirements.• Collaborate closely with Production, Technical, and Procurement teams to drive continuous quality improvement.• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Fire Safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management or a related technical field.• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.• Fluent English.• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.• Experience working with ERP systems.• Strong drive for performance, continuous improvement, and problem-solving.• Positive mindset, initiative, and the ability to deliver results through people
