About the role:As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for creating technical designs and supporting international projects related to innovative construction solutions. You will work closely with engineers, designers, and project stakeholders across different markets, contributing to the development of high-quality technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:• Designing and developing standard and customized technical solutions using prefabricated construction elements and systems;• Preparing detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings and designs; • Creating technical calculations and documentation related to projects; • Coordinating with designers, engineers, and external partners throughout project execution; • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery; • Supporting continuous improvement of design processes and technical solutions.

Requirements

• Technical or construction-related university degree; • Experience with specialized design software such as AutoCAD and/or Revit is considered an advantage; • Good command of English language (French would be considered an advantage); • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; • Good organizational and communication skills; • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while being part of a team; • Motivation for long-term professional development within an international environment.
