Manpower Bulgaria is a world leader in staffing, providing workforce management, services, and solutions to customers.For one of our international partners, we are looking for an experienced HR Generalist.This position is offered on a one-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.

Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain accurate employee records and process personnel changes.
Prepare and verify employment documentation for new hires, internal transfers and terminations.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Collect and validate pre-payroll data, including timesheets, bonuses, deductions and benefits.
Review payroll and benefits reports and ensure data accuracy.
Administer employee benefits and liaise with external providers.
Respond to employee queries related to HR administration, benefits and Bulgarian labour legislation.
Maintain HR procedures, document templates and process documentation.
Support internal and external audits and contribute to HR process improvements.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Legal and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

University degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in HR administration.
Practical experience with employment documentation and employee lifecycle processes.
Good knowledge of Bulgarian labour legislation.
Experience in pre-payroll and employee benefits administration.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail, discretion and ability to meet deadlines.
