Description

Develop and execute the local HR strategy in alignment with business objectives and the corporate HR strategy.
Partner with functional leaders and manufacturing management on all people management-related matters.
Manage recruitment, training, employee development, career progression, and talent management processes.
Lead workforce planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
Ensure full compliance with labor legislation, as well as the company's internal policies and procedures.
Advise and support managers on employee relations, performance management, and team development matters.
Oversee compensation processes, bonus schemes, working time administration, leave management, and the implementation of company policies and procedures.
Analyze HR metrics and develop initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, development, and retention.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in an HR function, with significant experience in a manufacturing environment considered a strong advantage.
Hands-on experience in employee relations, organizational development, recruitment, and talent development.
Good command of the English language.
Strong leadership, communication, and consulting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment and manage organizational change.
