For our client, a coal-fired thermal power plant, we are looking to hire skilled and motivated professionals to join the Operations Department.The plant plays a critical role in ensuring reliable electricity generation and grid stability. We are seeking experienced power generation professionals who are committed to operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

Description

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

Operating and monitoring thermal power generation equipment.
Ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient plant operation.
Supervising operational activities during shift and coordinating plant personnel.
Monitoring process parameters and responding to operational alarms and abnormalities.
Executing start-up, shutdown, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
Conducting routine inspections of plant equipment and systems.
Maintaining accurate operational logs and reports.
Ensuring compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational procedures.
Supporting maintenance activities and coordinating with technical teams.
Contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements

Technical secondary or university education in Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
Previous experience in a coal-fired thermal power plant is mandatory.
Good understanding of power plant processes and equipment.
Experience working in rotating shifts for operational positions.
Ability to work effectively in a safety-critical environment.
Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Good command of English.
