We're looking for a Lean Manufacturing Professional who will take the lead on the production floor and steer impactful improvements through structured methodologies and hands-on leadership.
✅ Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver improvement projects using A3 methodology
- Champion Lean practices directly on the shop floor
- Streamline workflows and design robust recovery plans
- Foster skills development and team capabilities
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory frameworks
- Promote innovation and lead change initiatives
✅ What You Bring:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Fluent English – written and spoken
- Lean or Lean Six Sigma certification is a strong advantage
- 3+ years of solid hands-on experience in a production environment with team leadership exposure
- Proficiency in Lean tools and methodologies: Shopfloor Management, Standard Work, Kaizen, etc.
- Analytical mindset for loss reduction and value stream optimization
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
