Manpower Bulgaria presented its international mobility solutions to Spanish businesses in Bulgaria

On 11 April 2025, at the Residence of the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain in Bulgaria, Manpower Bulgaria had the pleasure to present our international mobility service to Spanish companies operating on the Bulgarian market.

The event was organised at the initiative of Mr. Javier Moral Escudero - Economic and Commercial Counsellor at the Embassy of Spain, and his team. The invitation to participate is a sign of trust and recognition of our long-term commitment to finding sustainable HR solutions in Bulgaria.

During the meeting, our colleagues Mari Izabel Kuneva and Georgi Klisarski - International Mobility Consultants, as well as Milena Popovska - Business Development Manager, presented the opportunities that international mobility offers as a practical response to the deepening shortage of skilled labour in the country.

The focus of the presentation was on strategic recruitment from international markets and the overall logistics with which our service supports employers - from recruitment and documentation to the adaptation and integration of new employees.

The meeting was also an excellent opportunity for the exchange of ideas, experiences and best practices between representatives of the business community and institutions, as well as highlighting the key role of cooperation  in human resources.
