Chief Accountant

• Serve as the Head of the Accounting Department, overseeing all accounting operations within the company;
• Directly supervise the accounting team, ensuring compliance with national and international accounting standards and regulations;
• Assist senior management in making strategic financial, accounting, and tax-related decisions;
• Analyze economic transactions, emerging business events, and assess the impact of accounting policies on overall company performance;
• Manage a high volume of financial data and information, requiring excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Design and maintain effective processes for timely and accurate accounting reports in accordance with international accounting standards, tax legislation, and internal budget targets;
• Monitor and analyze the balance sheet, income statements, expense reports, and cash flow movements.
• Participate in the development and implementation of the company’s financial policies and reporting practices;
• Ensure all financial reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with corporate objectives and compliance requirements.
• Communicate proactively regarding risks, discrepancies, or opportunities for process improvement.
