The Financial Controller will play a critical role in managing the company's finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting. This position requires a strong foundation in financial management and the ability to implement strategic initiatives that drive the company's financial performance. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and a solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial controller or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
