The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and a solid understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial controller or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as SAP or Oracle.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
