- Greeting visitors at the company's office.
- Managing official correspondence for the company, both domestically and internationally.
- Receiving and sends company correspondence, ensuring proper distribution.
- Preparing offers and maintains communication with partners and contractors.
- Participating in the preparation and organization of company events.
Requirements
- Experience as an office administrator/manager.
- Previous administrative experience in a corporate environment.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Strong organizational skills.
