- Active communication with customers, partners, and service providers;
- Receiving and handling customer complaints via email, phone, CRM systems, and other channels;
- Investigating cases, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring full resolution;
- Maintaining accurate documentation and regular communication with stakeholders;
- Providing administrative support and contributing to process improvements;
- Identifying recurring issues and proposing preventive actions.
Изисквания
- Excellent command of English;
- Excellent command of French or Italian language;
- Secondary or higher education;
- Previous experience in customer service or working in an international environment;
- Knowledge of additional languages (French, Spanish, Italian) is considered an advantage;
- Strong communication and analytical skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and make independent decisions;
- Proactive, diplomatic, and customer-oriented approach;
- Good computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
