🌟 What You’ll Do: ✔ Develop and expand relationships with key customers, distributors, and project partners;✔ Identify new business opportunities and proactively grow market share across the country;✔ Manage the complete sales cycle – from needs analysis and proposal preparation to negotiation and closing deals;✔ Provide technical advice and support, working closely with technical and service teams;✔ Represent the company in meetings with investors, architects, installers, and end clients;✔ Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

🔑 What We Expect: ✅ Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in construction materials, building automation, or technical solutions;✅ Technical knowledge (or the motivation to quickly learn) about doors, windows, or related products;✅ Proactive mindset and excellent communication and negotiation skills;✅ Self-organized, responsible, and driven to achieve results;✅ Good command of English (for communication with regional management);✅ Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel across Bulgaria.
