Manpower Bulgaria is looking for an experienced Backend Developer (Node.js) to join the team of our client – a global leader in online scheduling and resource management. Their SaaS platform supports over 45,000 businesses worldwide – from multinational corporations to mid-size and small enterprises – helping them optimize services and boost efficiency.

Description

Your Mission: • Collaborate with the backend team to further develop the event-driven architecture within the AWS ecosystem, ensuring top-notch performance across web, tablet, and mobile products. • Work on the API layer that powers the frontend applications and Developer Platform using GraphQL. • Design and architect scalable services using well-established patterns, focusing on performance, maintainability, and security from the start. • Share your knowledge, contribute to team growth, and continuously develop your technical expertise. • Optimize existing services for better scalability and performance.

Requirements

Your Profile: • Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, API development, and complex system integrations. • Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express, GraphQL, and MongoDB. • Proven experience working with cloud providers and building resilient, scalable APIs. • Skilled in writing clean, maintainable code using design patterns and unit testing, with attention to data integrity and security. • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues, with strong ownership and effective prioritization skills. • Curious, adaptable, and well-organized, with a genuine drive to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment.
