You'll be responsible for building a high-performing team, optimizing customer retention processes, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments to deliver world-class player engagement.Key Responsibilities:Lead the CRM strategy and execution for multiple iGaming brandsOversee and evolve CRM processes, tools, and workflowsBuild, manage, and scale a team structure that promotes sustainability and efficiencySet clear goals and expectations for team members, and monitor their performanceCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent service quality Track CRM metrics and pivot strategies based on performance data Own and continuously improve CRM systems and practices
Requirements:Minimum 3 years of hands-on CRM experience within the iGaming industry Proven background in managing marketing campaigns and player retention At least 2 years of team leadership experience (5+ team members) Strong CRM platform skills (experience with Fast Track or Smartico is a plus) Analytical and strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills Technically literate with a proactive approach to process improvements
