On behalf of our client, a leading global IT and business consultancy, Manpower is seeking an experienced Windows & SQL Systems Engineer to join their newly established Technology and Innovation Hub in Sofia. As part of the Managed Services team, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and security of client environments. Your core tasks will include: Managing incidents and problems, including root cause analysis Identifying and implementing improvements to optimize system performance Monitoring systems and infrastructure via SCOM and related tools Designing and maintaining high-availability Windows Server environments Planning and deploying regular patches and updates Creating and maintaining operational documentation Sharing knowledge with 1st and 2nd level support and creating technical guides Supporting internal teams and clients with Windows Server and SQL-related issues Participating in a 24/7 on-call support rotation
3+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments with focus on Windows Server and MS SQL University degree in a relevant field or equivalent technical education Strong technical knowledge of: Windows Server 2019/2022 Active Directory, WSUS, Intune, SCOM, SCCM MS SQL Server 2022 and related tools Windows Server Cluster, Hyper-V Failover, DNS/DHCP PKI, Kerberos, TLS/SSL, IIS, Apache, Tomcat
