A leading provider of plastic solutions for the construction industry, is looking for a Business Developer to expand its market presence and grow sales of its construction products and technical solutions, including facade systems, interior applications, and industrial infrastructure materials.
Description
- Identify and attract new clients in the construction sector (investors, contractors, designers, architects).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and existing customers.
- Analyze market needs and propose the most suitable products.
- Present product solutions, technical properties, and competitive advantages.
- Participate in quoting, proposal preparation, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor construction projects and engage in early design phases.
- Collaborate with product managers to introduce new construction materials.
- Track competitors and industry trends.
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of construction materials and processes (a plus).
- Commercial and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good command of English.
