Description

 Your Key Responsibilities: • Lead and deliver improvement projects using LEAN methodology. • Conduct training sessions to promote a Lean culture throughout the organization. • Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Integrate Lean principles into new processes, equipment, and systems. • Foster a culture of Continuous Improvement. • Implement standardized work procedures and visual management systems.

Requirements

✅ • University degree in Industrial Engineering. • Fluency in English – both written and spoken. • Lean or Lean Six Sigma certification is a strong advantage. • 3+ years of solid hands-on experience in a production environment with team leadership exposure. • Proficiency in Lean tools and methodologies: Shopfloor Management, Standard Work, Kaizen, etc. • Analytical mindset focused on loss reduction and Value Stream Mapping (VSM). • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
