Описание
- Act as the main quality contact point for customers and suppliers;
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate 8D analyses and reports;
- Ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions;
- Maintain and analyze quality and complaint-related data and KPIs;
- Manage supplier quality issues and follow up on improvement actions;
- Lead, support, and develop the Incoming Quality Control team;
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and internal quality standards.
Изисквания
- University degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment;
- Proven experience in supplier quality and customer-facing quality roles;
- Strong knowledge of 8D methodology and root cause analysis;
- Experience with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure;
- Previous experience in team coordination or leadership is an advantage;
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken);
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
