It has a direct impact across the entire customer journey, from acquisition and personalization to retention and customer development, with a strong focus on improving attribution, segmentation, and overall visibility of marketing performance.

Description

The position owns the development and optimization of the MarTech ecosystem and works closely with Growth, Product Marketing, and Data Engineering to ensure all systems operate as one integrated environment. On a daily basis, this includes building dashboards, analyzing campaigns, funnels, conversions, and ROI, driving automation across lead scoring, segmentation, nurturing, and reporting, and ensuring high data quality and reliable tracking across platforms such as Segment, Marketo, and Salesforce.

Requirements

Our client is looking for a professional with at least 3 years of experience in marketing, product, or growth analytics, with a strong understanding of attribution models, customer lifecycle tracking, and digital campaign measurement. Experience with tools such as Segment, Salesforce, Marketo, Amplitude, GA4, or advertising platforms, as well as strong skills in SQL, Excel, and BI tools, is highly desirable. The ideal candidate can communicate equally well with technical and non-technical stakeholders and has experience delivering cross-functional initiatives.
