Description

Responsibilities Lead and execute the company’s overall financial and risk strategy. Design and maintain credit risk, interest rate, and portfolio models using actuarial approaches. Develop frameworks for capital adequacy, liquidity management, and stress testing. Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure full regulatory compliance, including requirements specific to P2P lending platforms. Partner with investors and support fundraising through financial modeling and pitch materials. Build and scale the finance function, processes, and internal controls.

Requirements

Required Skills Strong background in actuarial modeling, risk management, or fintech environments. Degree in actuarial science, mathematics, finance, or statistics. Solid understanding of credit risk, default probabilities, portfolio optimization, and stress scenarios. Experience building financial systems and structures in early-stage or fast-growing companies. Clear communicator, able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
