Description
What will be your key responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting operations and ensure accurate and complete financial records across assigned entities and processes.
- Coordinate the general ledger close, report actual data for group consolidation, prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, and ensure the quality and integrity of financial information.
- Investigate discrepancies and unusual events, work with the Supervisor to resolve issues, and deliver services in line with agreed controls and procedures.
- Support internal and external audits, Process organization, and participate in transition activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring all transactions are entered in correct currency, legal entity, class and GL code;
Requirements
What experience should you have:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
- Minimum of two years of experience on similar accounting position;
- Extensive experience of performing bank reconciliations on complex bank accounts;
- Understanding of foreign exchange transactions;
- Experience to work with ERP system;
- Fluency in English language;
