• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including creating position profiles, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. • Motivation & Engagement: Develop and implement motivational programs for the staff. • Performance & Development: Build modern performance evaluation systems and individual development plans. • Learning & Training: Organize internal trainings, workshops, and engagement initiatives to support continuous professional development. • Management Support: Advise leadership on team structuring, organizational needs, and culture development. • Employer Branding: Enhance the employer brand. • HR Digitalization: Implement digital tools and systems for communication, feedback, and performance tracking.

Requirements

Who We Are Looking For:We are seeking a creative, innovative, and people-oriented HR professional who can build trust across teams, work with diverse professional profiles, and drive HR processes in a fast-paced environment.What We’re Looking For:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or Social Sciences • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR • Experience in designing motivation and bonus schemes • Expertise in using recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and HR software. • Fluency in English is essential. • Strong organizational and analytical skills • High level of professional ethics and confidentiality • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneouslyPersonal Strengths:• Empathetic and people-focused, able to connect with diverse teams • Inspires trust and confidence in colleagues and leadership • Creative problem-solver with innovative mindset • Proactive and results-driven, taking initiative to improve processes • Positive, energetic, and motivational presence in the workplace
