Description
- Act as the main contact for customer quality communication.
- Manage supplier claims and ensure closure within agreed timelines.
- Maintain and update QMS documentation.
- Resolve customer complaints using the 8D methodology.
- Initiate and follow up supplier non-conformities through to effective closure.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree;
- At least 2 years experience in industrial quality;
- Familiar with, applies and ensures application of the Company rules: Methods, Production Management, Quality etc.;
- Fluent English language.
