- Oversee and manage daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards.
- Lead and develop production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Optimize manufacturing processes, implement lean methodologies, and drive cost reduction initiatives.
- Manage production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to meet business objectives and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and supply chain, to enhance overall production efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing best practices.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic input for production planning and development.
Изисквания
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing environment;
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and quality management;
- Experience in high-tech, automotive, medical device, or industrial manufacturing is highly desirable; Hands-on experience with production planning, team leadership, and resource management. Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance procedures is a plus;
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
