Description
- Retaining customer loyalty through proactive communication and effective handling of customer complaints.
- Receiving and managing customer cases through various communication channels and systems.
- Investigating specific cases, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying the best course of action for resolution.
- Maintaining regular communication with customers and internal stakeholders until full case resolution.
- Following up on case completion and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
- Secondary or higher education;
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role;
- Experience working in an international environment or with international teams will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent command of French or German;
- Very good command of English (minimum B2 level).
