On behalf of our trusted international manufacturing partner, we are currently looking for a Specialist Management Systems with a focus on Occupational Health & Safety for their production.

Description

 Your Responsibilities: • Implementation of relevant standard requirements with a focus on Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001), as well as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, etc. • Ensuring and further development of the integrated management system • Administration and optimization of the management system software tool HAU (AENEIS) • Planning and conducting internal audits (system and process audits) • Supporting and tracking actions related to customer audits and plant inspections • Identification, development, documentation, and optimization of business processes in collaboration with process owners • Supporting departments in document control and management

Requirements

Your Profile: • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field, or equivalent qualification • Good knowledge of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems); knowledge of Quality, Environmental, and Energy Management standards is an advantage • Previous professional experience in Occupational Health & Safety and/or Quality, Environmental, Energy Management, or Process Management is considered a strong advantage • Fluent German (written and spoken) is mandatory, good command of English is an advantage • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Strong communication skills • Structured and analytical thinking
