Manpower is currently seeking an experienced Product Manager – Digital HR Solutions on behalf of a globally recognized professional services company. This role is part of a large-scale digital transformation initiative aimed at standardizing and optimizing HR processes across multiple countries in Europe. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative HR technology solutions, working with cross-functional and international teams.
Key Responsibilities: • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital HR solutions • Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through delivery and continuous improvement • Collaborate with stakeholders across business, HR, and IT functions to gather and prioritize requirements • Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals • Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for optimization • Support the standardization and automation of HR processes across multiple markets
Requirements: • Proven experience in Product Management, Project Management, or similar roles • Strong understanding of business process transformation, ideally within HR environments • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience working in international or cross-functional environments • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into product requirements Nice to Have: • Experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms • Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Power Apps, or other digital solutions • Background in large-scale transformation programs
