Lead, coordinate, and oversee the entire production process within the assigned facility; Manage and develop teams, including technologists, shift supervisors, and production operators; Ensure efficient execution of production plans, meeting output, quality, and deadline targets; Monitor and control production KPIs, taking corrective actions when necessary; Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency; Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements; Coordinate production activities with warehouse, logistics, and quality departments; Work closely with the technical and engineering teams to ensure smooth operation of equipment and production lines; Participate in the implementation of new technologies and production lines.

Изисквания

Minimum 10 years of experience in the food industry; Proven experience in a managerial/production leadership role; University degree in food technology or relevant technical field; Fluency inEnglish is mandatory; Strong organizational and leadership skills.
