Description

The role of a Personal Assistant requires a blend of sharp analytical thinking and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and oversee all travel arrangements for Board Members. Additionally, you will prepare accurate reports, attend key meetings to document proceedings, and act as the primary point of contact between internal departments and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bilingual Excellence: Possess perfect command of grammatically correct Bulgarian and are fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with computers and standard office equipment.
  • Professional Mindset: Demonstrate a proactive attitude, a result-oriented approach, and a hunger for continuous learning.
  • Execution Skills: A detail-oriented multitasker who can prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
