Our client, an international product company, is hiring Customer Care Agents with Dutch to join a stable and growing team supporting Dutch-speaking customers.
Description
If you are fluent in Dutch (C1/C2 or native level), enjoy communication, and want to work in a structured international environment - this could be your next step.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and occasional email (fully in Dutch)
- Identify and document customer issues in internal systems (SAP)
- Create and manage support tickets for further resolution
- Deliver professional and clear communication at every touchpoint
Requirements
- Excellent Dutch + conversational English
- Strong verbal communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus
- ERP/SAP experience is an advantage
- Motivation, flexibility, and reliability
