For one of our clients – an established international company with a growing presence in Bulgaria – we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team.The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent across a variety of business functions, while partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding;
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies;
- Source and attract candidates through various channels;
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates against role requirements and company culture;
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs;
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
- Monitor market trends and provide insights on talent availability and hiring practices;
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting.
Изисквания
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources with a strong focus on recruitment;
- Previous recruitment experience within a manufacturing environment and/or a regulated industry will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Experience working in a fast-paced and international environment;
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
