This role entails collaboration with various departments to promote health and safety culture and oversee incident investigations to prevent reoccurrence. The officer will be pivotal in training employees and ensuring all safety equipment is maintained and up to standard.

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a safety-focused role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough investigations and create detailed reports.
- Certification in OSHA or similar safety standards is a plus.
