Manpower Bulgaria is looking for a Project Engineer - Wind Energy on behalf of our client, an international company operating in the renewable energy sector.If you have an engineering background and experience with electrical systems, grid infrastructure, substations or energy projects, this is an opportunity to become part of projects that contribute to the future of sustainable energy.

Description

Your roleAs a Project Engineer, you will be involved in the technical development and implementation of wind energy projects – from the initial development stages through construction and operation.Your responsibilities will include:• Coordinating and supervising electrical planning and grid-related engineering, including cabling, substations and grid connections; • Managing the interfaces between electrical and civil engineering activities, including roads, foundations and related infrastructure; • Coordinating with contractors, grid operators and relevant authorities; • Preparing technical tender documentation and evaluating received bids; • Supporting permitting procedures and ensuring compliance with technical, environmental and safety requirements; • Coordinating and supervising contractors during the construction phase; • Providing technical support throughout the entire project lifecycle, from development to operation.

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering, preferably with a focus on electrical engineering, grid infrastructure or energy projects; • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in energy, grid, substation or infrastructure projects; • Solid understanding of electrical systems, grid connection processes and substations; • Experience with tendering, contractor management and technical project documentation; • Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles related to roads, foundations and infrastructure; • Understanding of relevant national and EU regulations and standards; • Fluent English;• Good working knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD; • Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.
