Short Description

Manpower Bulgaria is partnering with a stable and fast-growing manufacturing company to recruit an experienced professional for the position of:Quality Manager

Description

Implement and maintain quality procedures in line with applicable legislation, regulations and company standards.
Maintain records of quality approvals, procedures and accreditations.
Plan, coordinate and lead internal and supplier quality audits.
Investigate non-conformities, customer complaints and other quality issues, ensuring proper documentation, reporting and escalation.
Monitor supplier CAPA and corrective actions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyse quality data and trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
Advise business leaders and senior management on quality compliance, supplier performance and process improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure high quality standards.
Review and certify product approval documentation, including Certificates of Conformity and Declarations of Conformity.
Promote a strong quality and safety culture.
Stay up to date with relevant legislation, quality standards, technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

University degree or equivalent professional experience.
Significant experience in Quality Management or a related field.
Experience with ISO 9001, AS9100 or similar Quality Management Systems.
Experience conducting and leading Internal and Supplier QMS Audits.
Solid experience with CAPA, non-conformities, customer complaints and supplier quality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Strong focus on continuous improvement and process optimisation.
