Manpower Bulgaria – your career partner!For one of our international clients, we are looking for an experienced Workforce Management professional to join an international WFM function as WFM Systems & Automation Specialist.

Description

About the role:This is a role for an experienced WFM professional with a strong analytical mindset and interest in systems, technology and process improvement. You will support the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of WFM systems and processes, working with users and stakeholders across different locations and taking ownership of assigned tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Provide day-to-day support to users regarding WFM systems and processes;• Manage and resolve system-related requests and tickets;• Support user access and permissions;• Take ownership of system and process improvement initiatives;• Analyze WFM data and translate it into clear insights and recommendations;• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and system usage;• Prepare and maintain technical and process documentation;• Coordinate system and process changes with international stakeholders;• Support the implementation and optimization of WFM solutions;• Stay up to date with developments in WFM technology, automation and AI.Must have:• 5+ years of professional experience in Workforce Management;• Strong understanding of WFM processes and operations;• Experience working with a professional WFM platform;• Strong Excel and data analysis skills;• Ability to translate data into clear conclusions and practical recommendations;• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach;• Experience creating technical or process documentation;• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects;• Excellent command of English;• University degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics or a related field.Nice to have:• Experience with different WFM or workforce technology platforms;• Power BI experience;• Knowledge of APIs, scripting or automation;• Experience with RPA solutions;• Participation in WFM system implementation or optimization projects;• Interest in AI and emerging technologies;
