Manpower Bulgaria is partnering with a stable and fast-growing manufacturing company operating in the automotive sector to recruit an experienced professional for the position of: Production Manager

Description

• Plan, organize, and manage the full production process to ensure the successful fulfilment of production targets and schedules.• Lead, motivate, and develop the production team, preparing work schedules and managing day-to-day operations. • Track, analyze, and manage key QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) performance indicators. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management. • Monitor production quality, manage quality walls and internal 8D processes, and ensure strict compliance with automotive standards. • Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives, including QRQC, 8D, and Kaizen activities. • Ensure proper identification and product traceability throughout the entire manufacturing process. • Monitor equipment availability and reliability, coordinating preventive maintenance and necessary repairs with technical teams. • Optimize the use of tooling, equipment, production resources, and raw material consumption to enhance operational efficiency. • Identify training needs and actively participate in recruitment, performance assessment, and people management activities. • Propose and implement optimization measures across all production processes to drive continuous operational improvement.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, or another technical discipline. • Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in a production environment.• Previous professional experience in the automotive industry is required.• Experience working within an international manufacturing company will be considered a strong advantage. • Proven knowledge of Lean tools, quality systems, and QCD performance indicators. • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-oriented approach. • Fluent English, both written and spoken. • Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office / production software.• Ability to take responsibility, make sound decisions, and work effectively under pressure.
