Manpower Bulgaria is hiring On Site Customer Support Agents with English for one of our internal partners. If you're looking for a dynamic role where you can grow, learn, and make an impact - this might be your next move.Our client is expanding the Customer Support team to accommodate a temporary increase in workload and is looking for motivated, dedicated and customer service driven individuals to join them as Customer Support Agents.This is initially a 6-month temporary position, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role.

Description

• Communicating with customers via email
• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
• Provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate tools and methods
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account information
• Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements

• Very good level of written English - B1-B2
• High computer literacy
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to interact effectively with a diverse range of customer profiles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under time constraints.
