Our client is a fast-growing and well-established international company operating in the iGaming sector. Known for their high-quality customer service and dynamic work culture, they are now expanding their team and looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Support Team Lead to join their operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of Customer Support Representatives;
- Oversee daily operations to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions (live chat, email, phone);
- Conduct training sessions, coaching, and regular performance feedback;
- Handle escalated cases and ensure timely and effective resolution;
- Collaborate with other departments to improve workflows and customer experience;
- Analyze performance data and prepare KPI reports for management;
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
What we’re looking for:
- Fluency in English (B2+ level or higher – written and spoken);
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role;
- Previous experience in a leadership/team lead role is a strong advantage;
- Strong people management and problem-solving skills;
- Flexibility to work shifts aligned with U.S. time zones;
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry is mandatory.
