For one of our clients, an international company with a well-established presence in Sofia, we are currently looking for a Junior CRM Specialist to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of personalized CRM campaigns;
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to improve communication and campaign performance;
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer journey;
- Assist with customer segmentation and targeted marketing initiatives;
- Monitor and report on CRM KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar CRM-related position;
- Excellent command of English – both written and verbal;
- Strong analytical and communication skills;
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data tracking/reporting.
