On behalf of our trusted partner we are looking for a Production Planning Specialist who will drive efficient production processes, optimize planning cycles, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction through seamless coordination between production and logistics.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production planning by analyzing MRP and balancing production constraints with capacity optimization.
- Maintain clear and efficient communication with production and distribution centers.
- Ensure optimal stock levels of finished goods and manage exceptions in close collaboration with Sales and Operations teams.
- Maintain accurate master data and support new product launches by defining planning flows.
- Contribute to process improvements with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ensure compliance with operational processes and propose updates where needed.
- University degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics or a related field.
- Proven experience in production planning and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Advantageous: knowledge of Lean methodologies (e.g. value stream mapping, root cause analysis).
