• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players
• Ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing premium experience
• Monitor player activity and provide insights to enhance engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and promotions
• Proactively handle player requests and provide dedicated support

Requirements

• Good knowledge of casino games and sports betting
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, sales-oriented mindset
• Fluency in English plus an additional European language (e.g., German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese)
