Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players
- Ensure a smooth onboarding and ongoing premium experience
- Monitor player activity and provide insights to enhance engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns and promotions
- Proactively handle player requests and provide dedicated support
Requirements
- Good knowledge of casino games and sports betting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, sales-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English plus an additional European language (e.g., German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese)
