- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Sofia office.
- Serve as the main point of contact for suppliers, landlords and external service providers.
- Oversee office services, maintenance activities and workplace operations.
- Support budgeting activities, contract administration and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire protection and facility regulations.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics for employees and consultants.
- Support the organization of internal events, meetings and visitor management.
- Manage company assets and facility-related projects in Bulgaria.
Изисквания
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in office management, administration or facilities management within an international organization.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience managing vendors, contracts and office facilities.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Proactive, service-oriented and solution-driven mindset.
