Found in translation: Strategic partnership between Manpower Bulgaria and Kristina Progress

In 2025, Manpower Bulgaria launches a strategic partnership with Educational centre Kristina Progress - another important step in Manpower's long-term strategy to strengthen the services in the International Mobility team. With this collaboration, Manpower Bulgaria is expanding its efforts to streamline and facilitate solutions for attracting third country specialists, supporting the business and successful adaptation of foreign workers in Bulgaria.

Kristina Progress is a well-established team of specialists in the training of foreigners and understands that language skills are among the most important factors for successful professional and social integration. In cooperation with them, we will offer specialised language programs that will support the adaptation of foreign employees and provide them with confidence and preparedness for their new working environment. As part of this program, they carefully select the right instructor, from a team of 30 teachers, for each company based on its industry profile and specific goals, with a strong focus on specialised vocabulary to ensure employees can confidently handle work-related communication. Additionally, they offer individual training for executives and key specialists, tailoring the learning process to their strengths for maximum efficiency and rapid progress.

How will Kristina Progress support Manpower Bulgaria in the process of integrating foreign employees?

• Pre-arrival language training - Bulgarian language training before the arrival of the employees in Bulgaria. Courses start before work permits and documents are finalised, allowing for faster adaptation after relocation.
• Corporate language programs - Specialised language courses tailored to business needs that help companies and their international employees communicate effectively and work productively.
• Workplace Readiness – The focus of Manpower Bulgaria is to identify the right people for the business and Kristina Progress will arm them with the language skills they need for a successful career.

Manpower Bulgaria's International Mobility team assists candidates from third countries by matching them to the right job in Bulgaria, assisting with the preparation of documents for work and residency in the country and actively participating in the processes of introducing employees to the new working environment. For companies we can be a reliable partner by:

• Providing advice on workplace adaptation for foreigners.
• Providing housing for foreign workers.
• Drafting employment contracts in accordance with administrative requirements or draft contracts necessary as a mandatory requirement for triggering the procedure for issuing long-term residence and work permits in the country.
• Supporting employees in need of health care, legal advice, opening a bank account, preparation of compulsory supplementary health insurance, translation of necessary documents and accompaniment to the Migration Directorate.
