EU Pay Transparency Directive
The European Union has adopted the Pay Transparency Directive (2023/970) with the aim of strengthening equal pay between women and men and reducing discrimination.
Member States are required to include the Directive into national law by June 7th, 2026, after which companies will have to comply with the new rules and adapt their recruitment, pay setting, and internal reporting processes.
The directive introduces greater transparency in the recruitment and pay management process. Among other things, employers will have to provide information on the salary range for a specific job, employees will have the right to request salary information for comparable positions, and organisations will have to more clearly define the criteria for determining salaries and promotions.
To have the most accurate picture of the market situation, we have a short survey in which you can share your real-life experience and opinion on pay transparency. Your answers will help us better understand how employees perceive the upcoming changes and what expectations are in the labour market.

About our survey and prize competition
Our goal is to better understand how employees in all areas of work experience salary transparency in practice and how they view the upcoming changes brought by the new regulations.
How much information about salaries is available in organisations today? Do employees feel that the criteria for determining salaries are clear and fair? What are their expectations in the context of the new rules?
Your answers will help us gain a more realistic insight into the situation on the labour market and understand how employees experience the upcoming changes. You will also have the chance to enter a prize draw for the chance to win cinema tickets or career consultation.
The survey is anonymous and the answers are not connected to your e-mail, and it takes only a few minutes to complete. Thank you in advance for your participation and time!
