Plamen Makaveev Appointed as Country Manager of Manpower Bulgaria

As of October 2025, Plamen Makaveev has taken the position of Country Manager at Manpower Bulgaria.

With extensive management experience in the field of human resources, Plamen joins the company’s leadership team with a clear focus on sustainable growth, team efficiency, and strategic business positioning in today’s dynamic labor market environment.

Since 2024, he has led the Temporary Staffing team at Manpower Bulgaria, where he implemented policies and processes aimed at improving operational efficiency and client satisfaction, actively monitored market trends, and supported team development. Prior to that, he held management positions in other HR companies, gaining valuable experience in team development, project management, and partnership building.

In his daily work, Plamen relies on discipline, focus, and determination – qualities that he also brings from his personal life. A dedicated athlete, he believes that consistency is the key to achieving long-term results, both in sports and in professional growth. His philosophy is grounded in the belief that sustainable success is achieved through commitment, perseverance, and strong leadership. This mindset is evident in the way he leads teams, manages change, and delivers long-term objectives.
